CORE has been responding to cries like these, and thousands of others since 1998. Led and operated by volunteers, CORE, a non-profit, a broad based, collaborative community initiative, has limited sources of revenue. They include: public donations, private foundation grants, and donations from other non-profit organizations such as churches.
